Systems Engineering Technical Assistance – Counter Unmanned Systems (CUAS) and Enabling UAS • Assisted DHS S&T Resilient Systems Division's (RSD) Counter-UAS division to create program strategy, stakeholder outreach, communications, manage procurement requisitions, budget funding analysis, and contract modifications.• Task lead on defining project scope, requirements, and deliverables for CUAS and Enabling UAS.• Coordinated, compiling input, and editing responses to all tasks, both internal and external to the CUAS PM, Division, and Agency. Supported Department of Homeland Security by producing content management for Homeland Security Information Network – Critical Sector (HSIN-CS) portal environment (MS SharePoint).Stakeholder outreach within the Critical Infrastructure ISE (CI-ISE) in order to gather requirements for portal design. Provided open source information search, research, evaluation, cataloging, and posting.Provided assistance to manage a geospatial alerting capability part of HSIN-CS creating metadata tagging.

Conducted OSINT on Indian, North and South Korean foreign media sites in order to create daily and weekly analytical reports used by United States Strategic Command. Focused on US foreign relations, US military actions, terrorism, counter terrorism and WMD issues. Project lead on US StratCom focus report which consisted of compiling cross co-Com media on WMD, space/cyberspace, missile technology, and nuclear energy programs.

Worked under, former Chairman of International Relations Committee Henry Hyde. Conducted Research and gathered information that would later be used in two amendments. Also interacted with congress staff assistants to gain support for those amendments.
