As a Resident Assistant, my duties include meeting and mentoring over thirty college freshmen, one-on-one and in person, to discuss their well-being and other important topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additional tasks include occasionally patrolling the halls at night, with an emergency phone, in order to enforce university rules and ensure the safety of the residents. I also attend weekly staff meetings to develop and collaborate with other RA's and faculty in leading creative residential events that help residents engage and integrate into the community. During these meetings we also address any problems, needs and trends in the residence halls.

TVB is the largest television broadcaster in Hong Kong and one of the largest producers of Cantonese programming in the world. As part of their production division for two of their long running variety shows "All Things Girl" and "Dolce Vita", I was responsible for a range of tasks from all stages of production. I would organize and plan production meetings to work with writers and producers in scheduling production rundowns. If we were shooting on-location, I would grip and camera operate. If we were shooting in studio, I would assist the director in the control room by switching feeds and making sure we were on time. Lastly, I would sync the picture to sound and edit the music, visuals, and sounds of the footage shot.

I would also attend weekly staff meetings to discuss, develop, and eventually carry out creative online events that would encourage community engagement and mental well-being during this difficult period of online education.
