Have all packages reviewed and signed off by all parties involved, this includes Engineering to Execution Coordinators to Contractors executing actual work and HSSE. Ensure that all required material, labor and contract services were available to complete scheduled work, and update schedule on a daily basis. Provided expertise and support during EPC of projects. Divided CWP’s into FIWP’s such that each scope based on manpower availability and material deliverables. Participated and run schedule review meetings, coordination with Engineering, QA/QC, management, execution, and other discipline planners. Recording of minutes, action items and road blocks to be addressed to facilitate smooth execution and meet Time Lines.
