My role encompasses relationship-building, program development, and operational optimization to align services with community needs.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with organizations such as Catholic Charities, Meridian Behavioral Health, and other community-focused groups to deliver integrated addiction recovery, mental health, and primary care services.Program Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of embedded programs, including onsite service delivery, telemedicine, and logistical support like medicab setups and testing coordination, tailored to the needs of large organizations such as homeless shelters and behavioral health facilities.Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of demographic data and geographic distribution to align Kai Shin’s services with the needs of patients and partner organizations, particularly those facing barriers to healthcare access.Business Growth: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, enhance referral pathways, and ensure seamless delivery of comprehensive healthcare services.Client Advocacy: Address the unique challenges of justice-involved individuals and Medicaid populations by designing accessible solutions that reduce barriers such as transportation and lack of awareness about available services.
