CurrentAs CINO at ICAN, I am responsible for innovations that place our organization in a position for success and growth, enabling us to be on the cutting edge of Public Health Advocacy and Informed Consent.Key Responsibilities:Innovation Strategy: Develop and execute an innovation strategy to identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the public health advocacy space.Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare, vaccine safety, and public health policies.Ideation and Conceptualization: Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with our mission.Project Development: Manage the development of innovation projects from concept to execution, ensuring projects are well-defined, scoped, and have clear objectives and timelines.Technology Integration: Identify and leverage emerging technologies to enhance our advocacy efforts, such as data analytics, communication tools, and digital platforms.Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain partnerships with organizations, experts, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing in the public health space.Change Management: Drive the adoption of innovative solutions within the organization, facilitating change management and fostering a culture of innovation.Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for innovation initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of innovation projects and report progress to the executive team and board of directors.
