Supervised student employees on all aspects of general collection book care and preservation. Trained hand skills of new employees, and supervised and facilitated training by other students. Managed the commercial binding operation and budget.

Repaired books damaged from water, or use; requires sewing the books back together from signatures and other repairs.

Maintained an online database and merged an excel database with the online one. Created and ran audition events including: Audition Workshops, Casting events, and Screening days. Was in charge of find locations, creating maps on how to get to the building, creating the layout for the event, dealing with the ingress and egress of the participants. During filming I was in charge of the well-being of cast members on set making sure they got from location to location on time, and being in charge of their safety.
