I am a Community Service Operator (CSO) not JUST A Dispatcher! I communicate with citizens/people in their time of need whether it be for an Officer/Rescue or Fire Department via 911 or non-emergency. Ensuring the upmost safest possible environment for both the callers and our personnel. Daily functions also include entries of warrants, conditional bonds, personal protections orders, runaways, missing people and many other items. I take my job seriously so constantly expanding my knowledge/skills with the law enforcement agency by attending training when offered to stay on top of the rising demands of public safety.
