Compliance Technical Coordinator
Current•Review and develop relevant sections of program manuals, procedures and guidelines for effective control and compliance of donor regulations and meet necessary requirements.•Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Party, review instruct and monitor program solicitations, use of requisite criteria, proposal evaluation and selection process. Incorporate applicable ACDI/VOCA and donor requirements and oversee enforcement of procurement/solicitation requirements according to ACDI/VOCA award and compliance standards.•Ensures programmatic coordination and donor contract compliance among all agencies involved in implementation of the SNAP Programs.•Facilitate coordination meetings within the consortium•Regularly review consortium member’s reports and verify against actual achievements in the field•Conduct regular monitoring of field level activities and providing feedback on program implementation•As required, regularly attend and represent the SNAP at in-country meetings, workshops and planning sessions, which deal with issues of coordination and technical collaboration.•Participate in procurement activities and verify all Bid analysis documents for payment against proper receipts.•Provide adequate technical guidance for project operations related to nutrition and livelihood security.•Contribute to donor report writing for the program
