Designed and launched the following commodities:2021 Ford Bronco - Modular Bumper, Brush Guard, and Magnesium Bolster. The Modular bumper's success beat initial projections as a niche enthusiast offering to it becoming the most popular bumper; currently priced as a 825 USD option. 2019 Lincoln Nautilus - Front end module and rear fascia assemblies. Corrected legacy BOM issue that resulted in savings of roughly 40 cents per affected vehicle. Contributed to creation of design rule considering gravity impact of bumper to fit and finish of interfacing parts. 2018 Lincoln MkX - Rear fascia assembly. Within one month of working at Ford, found solution to assembly issue that improved robustness, eliminated fasteners, and saved 20 cents per vehicle. Solution cascaded globally to Ford Edge.

Researched a multitude of constitutive and damage models.Produced increasingly complex simulations of an aluminium alloy to failure on LS-DYNA culminating in a model capable of considering strain, strain rate, stress triaxiality, temperature and damage evolution.
