The key accomplishments & recent projects are:  Established a new office for a well-known Sunlight laundry business by setting up IT infrastructure including local area network, phone system, AV/conferencing, email, ERP applications, interfaces to US systems and a 3rd party warehouse. Managed a list of priority projects & issues with cross functional departments through weekly IT team meeting. This led to a number of improvements in business operation and interfaces between Adage, SAP, Hybrid and TPM systems. Laptop Deployment – Replaced 60 PCs in Canadian office by new Dell Latitude laptops. The project was successfully completed on budget and on time. Increased employees’ productivity through new technology and windows 7 applications. Cell phone policy - Implemented corporate initiative called BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).
