My duties include working on Accident and Emergency ambulances alongside paramedics attending 999 emergency calls along with urgent calls when required. During this time I am studying to apply for registration with the HCPC as a qualified paramedic when I have met the required standards. When dealing with patients high levels of communication must be utilised to gain information and build a good rapport with them.
