Contractor's license pending. I am freelancing my talents to help friends and family in refurbishing their homes and businesses.

· While constructing my home in Lake Riverside Estates, I supplemented my income by freelancing my services to local residents and businesses. Performed services such as Rough and Finish Grading, Underground Utilities i.e. Septic Systems, Water Systems, Power Supplies and Communication. I am currently providing consulting services to other local contractors. I currently have projects refurbishing baths and kitchens for friends and family by referrals only pending completion of license.

Worked as Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent overseeing construction of single-family homes in the Inland Empire and San Diego County.

Assisting in the management in construction of 79 new luxury homes in Valley Center, CA. Duties include scheduling, controlling budgets, Management of up to 100 on-site subcontractors, inspections, daily safety reports, and job site cleanliness and Quality Control of each and every facet of the building process of each home which included overseeing the final cleaning of every home for owner occupancy. I started as an Assistant Superintendent preparing each new home for the final walk-through with the new Home Buyer, working with other Assistant Superintendents as well as the subcontractors and City and County Officials in order to reach the Final Occupancy as well as the Final Sign-off of the New Home Buyer and the ultimate goal of a Satisfied Home Buyer.

A family owned and operated company, I was responsible for scheduling as well as taking on a hands-on approach to each project from simple bathroom remodeling projects to small developments such as 14 unit town home condominiums. I was directly in charge from off-site preparations such as excavation underground utilities, paving and grading, landscaping, to the finish carpentry, final lock-up, final cleaning of each unit, ongoing maintenance of un- occupied units and landscaping maintenance.

Designed and created samples for packaging industry. Also designed and created tooling for production of packaging.

Started as only a Die Maker in the Production Department. After six months, was promoted to the Sample and Design Department. Working directly under the Company President and the Production Manager, became the Manager of the Production Design and Tooling department. I was directly in charge of designing samples for Customer approval using AutoCAD. Then using physical samples and computer designs, produced layouts for the Printing Department, produced the tooling for the production department and using Mechanical and Research and Development skills, was in charge of implementing new production equipment and procedures and assisted the Quality Control Department as well as the Production Department in implementing new procedures for increased quality control and production. Assisted the Building Maintenance department in overseeing daily/weekly custodial crews, Supervised construction of the new cafeteria and expansion of 1200 square feet of office space.

Design and create tooling for production in die-cutting operations. Also oversee production of die-cutting, packaging products.
