Other usual duties include booking rooms for C-team and executive board meetings and interviews; managing logistics including transportation and food for Glee Club events; overseeing the duties of the Small Groups Manager; locating and securing venues for future concerts; and working with other members of the Executive Board in collaborative cross-team initiatives for the benefit of Club.
