• In charge of the Business Sector Programme Support (BSPS) Programme• Oversee the development, appraisal, disbursement, management, implementation and monitoring of the Capacity Building Matching Grant Fund for MFIs/SACCOs worth Kshs 50M• Oversee the development, appraisal, disbursement, management and monitoring of the Wholesale Enterprise Growth Loan for MFIs/SACCOs worth Kshs 200M• Development and formulation of the programme budget and revision of the same• Contracting, managing and ensuring quality control on the assignments being undertaken by the Service Providers• Conducting institutional assessment and financial appraisals of potential financial organizations for funding • Establishment of the Monitoring and Evaluation system for the programme and conducting monitoring activities of the Grant and Wholesale Loan utilization at the Financial Organization and Enterprise levels• Prepare and present periodic reports and other documentations to the Chief Executive Officer, Grants Management Committee of the Board and all partners• Coordinate effective relationship management with all client financial organizations

• In charge of WEEC/Danida Indigenous Poultry Credit Project in Makueni District• Designed and managed the implementation of the project framework• Formulated and managed the project budget• Initiated micro-credit schemes for poultry for seven (7) women CBOs• Identification, recruitment, training and funding of women CBOs involved in poultry keeping• Linking the groups to various poultry markets in the country• Designed the monitoring and evaluation system for the project• Introducing value addition on the poultry products • Writing periodic progress report to the development partner• Actively involved in the development of savings and loan products in the institution
