My role requires me to be responsible for managing and training a nights reception team at Yotel Glasgow. I also deliver training in systems such as Opera and several Microsoft applications used in end of day procedures. Additionally I am responsible for ensuring all financial records and reports are up to date each night and communications with our finance and reservations team aid in this area. We also focus on delivering excellent standards in customer service to ensure our guests are comfortable throughout the night and to deal with any issues that might occur during shift. I am fully trained in fire evacuation procedures and also conflict management resolution.
