New store opening at Apollo Pizza. Making sure the work place culture maintained a proper balance between co-workers personal and work life. Organizing and developing the kitchen layout to ensure the kitchen ran smoothly and efficiently whether it was your first shift or your hundredth. Creating and updating morning prep par to minimize waste and maximize employees use of time. Creating an organized environment so proper inventory management could be conducted. Bi-weekly truck orders so produce/product was fresh and to minimize food waste. Setting Rule and Procedures for each station (opening and closing check list, weekly cleaning check list, etc.). Conducting interviews on potential employees to make sure they met our company goals and fit into our ideal work place culture.
