I was a clerk for the Hearing Officer in the administrative proceeding by which Bonneville set its power and transmission rates for the 2010-2011 fiscal years. My responsibilities included interfacing with parties to the rate case, assisting the Hearing Officer by summarizing filings and drafting orders, and organizing and compiling the official record for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

As a volunteer legal intern, I performed research and analysis for PECI's General Counsel on issues related to trademark law.
