Delivery of the Company’s Key Financial KPI’s with a total responsibility of delivering a unique and faultless Customer Service offering within a Commercially sharp offering in what was a constantly changing environment. The ability to be unique and ahead of the curve creativity was something I prided myself on . Delivery and completion of the project to completely overhaul and reinvent The Music Store in Grafton Street when it was relocated to the basement was my finest achievement. With a turnover 2nd only to HMV’s Flagship on Oxford St , we built a unique commercial space .
