Currently I am responsible for identifying and researching real estate markets for development. This includes single lots up to multiple acre sites, as well as commercial locations. After assessment, I develop initial design and planning for engineering and architecture. Our company can also do custom builds on private property. I am currently partnered with manufacturers of pre-fab and modular home products which are innovative and currently being introduced for the first time to the Texas market. Additionally, I am working on new site building procedures to compliment the green building practices of the pre-fab manufacturers I am partnered with. We hope to offer the public a scale-able product that will satisfy multiple demographics as well as products that can enhance existing structures. Many of the planned development projects will involve inner city revitalization that will make use of historic architecture as well as reclaimed materials to make the neighbors regain their lost vitality and preserve the heritage of historically significant areas. Modern, traditional, and eclectic themes will also be utilized to suit clients wishes or styles of the existing neighborhood. I finally get a chance to build the dream, literally.

Great experience that developed and enriched me personally. I learned a great deal of team building and had the opportunity to truly explore the culinary world. I was involved with the training of many managers, as well as, spear heading the re-design of one of the companies older units to have kitchen production line that resembled newly opened prototypes. This allowed our location to attain certified training store status. I had a great team to work with and a dedicated GM that helped develop my ideas. I also had the pleasure of presenting a local marketing specialty wine dinner tasting party monthly . It was a great experience to develop new specialty menus and to give our guest a show that they would never forget. My attention to detail concerning the procedural aspects menu execution and rollout allowed me the honor of providing wine dinner menus for the DFW market.

I performed an integral role focused on kitchen and culinary operations while opening three new restaurants of a fresh restaurant concept from Chicago in the DFW Market. I had the pleasure of learning many new cooking techniques as well as designing systems necessary to implement technologies, systems, and processes that would be utilized as the core tenets in ongoing opening restaurant operations. My previous multi-unit operations and training experience help me excel and the great teams I worked gave me new insights into organization streamlining systems. I also greatly expanded my knowledge of supply chain logistics and it's importance globally and locally concerning inventory, facilities, and vendor management during my tenure.
