Highlights + Led a team that developed a Direct to Retail strategy and implementation plan for an ~$16B CPG company+ Led a team that advised a large private equity fund on the possible acquisition of multiple advanced electronics companies+ Conducted customer and product diligence, market sizing and analysis, and core businesses assessment while advising a software company during a possible M&A transaction+ Developed a portfolio credit and strategic risk assessment for the private equity and venture capital portions of a large public bank’s credit portfolio+ Advised the CFO of a independent power producer during a chapter 11 restructuring. - Assisted in developing and supervised cash management procedures and reporting for ~$1B in cash assets - Developed and supervised financial analysis and reporting procedures to support negotiations and the asset sale process+ Advised the CFO of one of the largest renewable energy companies in the world on cash management, distressed asset sales, and debt refinancing during a chapter 11 restructuring. + Conducted a diagnostic for a basic materials firm that located over $21M in cash savings through working capital optimization.

Assistant Operations Officer responsible for preparing and training a Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force to deploy in support of crisis response missions in North Africa.
