I have 30 years of law enforcement experience, and over 1600 hrs of related training. During my career I have been assigned and/or held command in the following areas:PatrolK9Tactical OperationsInvestigationsNarcoticsAccident ReconstructionCrisis ResponseSchool SafetyMarine/Underwater RecoveryIn my current role as Chief, I am responsible for a department budget of approximately $15M, 153 sworn officers and administration and operation of the department. Building strong community ties, and collaborating with stakeholders to address the mental health, homeless, and opiate crisis are top priorities within my administration. I am humbled to serve as the Chief, and I value each and every employee in my organization. Employee wellness and training are vital for the continuity of both personal and professional growth. 20 years of military experience in Avionics Maintenance, Electronic Warfare, Weapons Control Systems, Maintenance Management. I am proud to have served, both active duty Air Force and Massachusetts Air National Guard. The leadership at the 104thFW in MA was by far the best example of leadership I could have had to prepare me for my current position. I am truly grateful for their inspiration.
