As a lending and banking expert, I enjoy using my knowledge and experience to give my members the tips, tools and strategies to reach their financial goals and achieve their dreams. I don’t stop there! Since I love helping others reach their goals, I am actively involved in the training, coaching and mentoring of lenders and have initiated programs to support this that have grown in my organization. My lending expertise is frequently tapped to serve on committees and participate in process efficiency and cost reduction projects.

Led award winning service team and cultivated an environment that resulted in strong sales growth and very happy credit union members. Beyond the sales and growth success, I had the honor to be a coach and mentor for many team members who have gone on to do amazing things.

Collaborated with members and provided expert advice on lending solutions for all consumer borrowing needs.

As the credit union's first full-time collector, I developed the collection policies and procedures and ensured compliance with regulations. Achieved 50% decrease in delinquencies in twelve months.
