Producing CAD models for Foundry Tooling, plastic Blow-Moulds and Automotive Body-Tooling properties using a variety of CAD Software.Foundry tools and Blow-Moulds were primarily designed using ProEngineer or Unigraphics software, with Body Tooling being carried-out on CATIA V5.

Mould Tool and Master Pattern manufacture primarily for the Investment Casting 'Replicast' process, using CNC machine tools.Responsible for CAD modelling of tools and sub-components, producing the relevant Tool-Paths using 3 Axis CAM software, and organizing a small team of programmer / operators to do the same.
