Tutorial Leaders at the Learning and Academic Resource Center (LARC) at UC Irvine are focused on facilitating research-backed active learning strategies in small group settings. As a General Chemistry tutorial leader, I work on fostering a deeper level of learning and understanding as an extension of the students' learning experience given by their lecture class. Tutorial Leaders focus on challenging problems in sessions to equip students with meaningful study methods and problem-solving strategies.

- Lead interns on a team focused on planning and executing various events that foster student expression of diverse talents- Place strong emphasis on recognizing and celebrating students from various backgrounds and identities- Collaborate with various other commissions in collectively executing the Office of Student Services’ mission of providing memorable and engaging events for the entire UC Irvine undergraduate student body
