While closely working with BMW Germany/USA/Canada, we successfully completed the ability to perform direct SIP based calls from the BMW vehicles directly to the Roadside Call Center agents.2008/2009 – Lead network engineer for design and implementation during the migration from the Rockwell ACD to the Avaya PBX/ACD for the Sykes Canadian Call Centers and multiple data centers.
