Part of the product team managing, growing and developing Tradeweb's Automated Intelligent Execution functionality, AiEX.Supporting client's automation goals in major asset classes across the Rates, Credit and Equity markets. I work with clients to understand their individual workflows and execution objectives, and develop AiEX configurations that best suit their needs.Using in-depth knowledge of the technology and functionality avaliable to find the best possible solutions for trade automation as well as to help ensure optimal running of the service. This is coupled with technical knowledge of the FIX protocol to cater for different OMS and EMS requirements.Working to develop the offering by managing the specification, building and roll-out of new features with the aim of further enhancing client workflows and quality of execution.

Integrating Tradeweb to client's internal systems to create seamless pre and post-trade STP.Working with the wide coverage of assets classes Tradeweb supports in the Fixed Income, ETF, Derivative, Equity Derivative and Money Market spaces.Using the industry standard FIX Protocol as well as proprietary XML based APIs.Working with major OMS vendors, 3rd party software providers as well as client's in-house systems.Helping clients with more bespoke setups, using Excel VBA and file based solutions.Liaising with key stakeholders on both the technical and business side of all implementations. Ensuring solutions are not only technically viable but also meet the requirements of the Trading Desks and Portfolio Managers.Key person for the implementation and roll-out of Tradeweb's AiEX auto-trading functionality for multiple asset classes in Europe. Helping to implement the technical side whilst working with traders to ensure AiEX assists them in the best way possible.Requirements gathering and analysis with clients to create enhancement specifications for key functionality development on the platform. Ensuring new enhancements are tested and rolled out to successfully to target clients.Involved in the implementation of Market Data APIs.Use of Python scripting to aid internal procedures.Troubleshooting and analysis of test issues as well as any time critical Production issues.Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and SSL/TLS encryption to diagnose connectivity issues.
