- Performing analysis and guiding implementation of a zero-inventory model at DCs across Canada- Leading training sessions for colleagues at all levels of DC operations and transportation- Generating models that highlight potential capacity constraints based on inbound/outbound inventory, and adjusting flow of goods accordingly
