Currently recruiting for A&S Kinard and Buckler Transport for new hire, rehire and owner operator drivers. Front line contact to assist in the recruitment process in all aspects from initial contact, cold calls, email thread, company advertising ( indeed/Monster/Craigslist/etc ), company sponsored recruiting events. I work to fill open requisitions for positions in the companies local, regional and Owner Operator divisions. I complete all pre-employment requirements to determine qualifications of said drivers for the company. These actions include prescreening applicants, processing of pre-qualified applicants applications( IE- pulling of reports such as MVRs, PSP, DAC, SSN validations, criminal history). Once reports have been processed, I analyzed reports to determine if the driver is fully qualified for the company. Once qualification is determined I make contact with the qualified drivers to make initial offer of employment. If accepted, it is then my job to schedule driver for pre-employment drug screening, DOT physical and orientation. Previous to my current role with the company, I excelled at my position of Logistics coordinator. I was tasked with the planning of 80-120 trucks on a Daily basis, as the sole Pennsylvania outbound freight planner. I planned to ensure on time service was made to the most effective way possible. I did this on a 96% on time service rate for a period of 2 years. I excelled at ensuring drivers were matched to loads no only to ensure on time service, but as well knowing drivers had proper hours of service to complete loads correctly, and on time. I coordinated the dispatch to multiple driver managers under my management to ensure drivers were dispatched accordingly to ensure service was met. Along with my duties as a planner, I as well was the account manager for one of the companies larger customers. I worked as the line of communication for the customer, to assist with all aspects of problem solving, addition/subtracting of daily freight, the planning and dispatching of said freight, and cost analytics measure to ensure lanes were producing up to the companies expectations. This required proper load planning, matching correct drivers to freight, ensuring proper dispatch.

Prior to my current position with A&S Kinard as a Driver recruiter and Logistics Coordinator, I started my tenure with the company as a Transportation Manager ( Driver Manager ). During this time I was tasked with the daily management of up to seventy, both local and regional drivers. The daily management included but was not limited to monitoring drivers to ensure they were making on time service. When issues arose, I quickly worked to problem solve, adapting based on situation whether it be customer or driver related issues. I as well, maintained drivers hours of service to ensure drivers weren’t violating federal DOT laws.
