Successfully managed two major software releases that consisted of user enhancement requests and defect fixes. The two releases went into Production on time and with minimal defects. As part of the release, was responsible for developing requirements, documenting design and developing end user communications. Managed a project to re-architect the interface between USDA’s procurement system and financial system. Worked with the lead software developer to develop a concept of operations, technical requirements, document design and develop/execute test scripts. Lead resource on a major COTS upgrade. Activities include providing analysis of new COTS functionality, documenting configuration decisions, developing/executing test plans and overall management of the project.
