With nearly 20 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry, including 16 years in hotel consulting, I have completed market and financial feasibility analysis for hundreds of hotels including more than 60 hotel and conference center projects. My areas of specialization include luxury hotels, independent boutique hotels, major branded hotels, conference/convention hotels, medical related hotels, hotel repositioning and rebranding analysis, historic hotel restoration, asset management, and public/private projects that often include economic impact analysis, gap analysis and managing the RFQ/RFP process. Additionally, I have completed annual hotel market forecasts and presentations to various hotel associations and their members since 2008.Prior to my current role, I was a Director at CBRE Hotels Consulting, an Associate, Senior Consultant and Consultant with PKF Consulting USA, which was acquired by CBRE in 2014. Additionally, I completed a Management Internship Program with Caesars Entertainment where I experienced the management’s roles in each of the numerous departments at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was also a Front Desk Agent for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, a Supervisor for Melting Pot Restaurants and a Sales Representative for Sprint.I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership with an emphasis in Consulting and Development in 2010.I currently serve as the President of the Alumni Board for the University of Houston Hilton College and am a frequent guest lecturer on panels and in classes. I am a member of the Economic Advisory Panel at the Greater Houston Partnership. I served as an Allied Committee Member for the Hotel and Lodging Association of Greater Houston. I also served as a Director on the Board of Directors for People’s Trust Federal Credit Union, where I facilitated the merger with First Service Credit Union to form a $1.4 Billion financial institution, the fifth largest credit union in Houston.
