Over the past year I have been involved, from its inception, the ground up redevelopment of the Fiduciary Beneficiary System Replacement (FBSR), also know as the Beneficiary Fiduciary Field System (BFFS). This system utilizes Microsoft Dynamics CRM to streamline reporting, workload management, and implement processes to ensure accountability within the program. Upon the system’s release in May of 2014, the system has been seen as a vast success over its predecessor and has seen limited new defects from the production users.June 2014 promoted to Test Lead for the FBSR/BFFS project.Maintain testing metrics for documentation of testing progress; to incorporate into iteration test plans and test evaluation summaries. Maintaining test plans, build releases, and enhancements/defects within the IBM Rational Tools Suite, specifically in RTC and RQM.Communicating with business and development team to ensure proper requirements are maintained to develop testing materials.Liaison between contracting QA team and VA counterparts, as well as the business line and development team.

Works closely with the development team to interpret enhancements/defects from the business line. Once an understanding of the change requests are formalized, test cases are developed to ensure that the product performs as expected and new enhancements/defects are implemented properly. This type of testing requires good communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Certified software test professional (CSTP) certification exam completed.
