Responsible for production oversite in the garden. This includes everything from seeds to harvest. Chicken watching and wood chopping is purely recreational. I take my "salary" in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Responsible for managing the financials around a multi-year program to automate and centralize Application and System Access.

Information Protection and Privacy

• IT Asset Management: Developed best practice process model as a baseline to help clients optimize the benefits of ITAM software to achieve the desired dollar savings. (A company with $1 billion in sales is estimated to save up to $7 million per year in IT costs with ITAM software and support processes). • E-Commerce: Managed a project that processed over $1 million in sales in the first year of operation. Responsible for translating customer requirements into design specifications. Trained many of the team members in key technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, DB2, and WebSphere. • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Architected and subsequently managed a custom solution designed to track contacts with customers. Worked with client executives to determine functionality requirements, processes and tactical plans. Designed the database and screen flow for the application. Responsible for solution quality and customer satisfaction.

• Systems Architecture: Architected and then managed an e-commerce project designed to provide catalog functionality to franchisees. Provided expertise on subjects ranging from design work to ERP integration. Mentored team members on both technical and client relationship issues.• Project Management: Managed multiple software migration efforts from Net.Commerce 2 through 4.1. Responsible for designing the process, creating the schedule, mitigating risks, and performing the actual migration. • Technical Team Lead: Managed subsystem construction for a dealer extranet application to manage inventory. This two year effort provided a consistent and easy to use interface for independent dealers to access inventory, financial accounting systems, and orders. Responsibilities included designing the browser interface for the system and managing construction of the most complicated parts of the system.
