I have varied experience; From large Gold camps in North Alaska to working as a Deckhand on the Big game boats of the coast off Kona Hawaii. I attended cooking school in the late 70s, and have worked at many top restaurants; I was a show cook at 13 Coins in Seattle, part of the opening team at the massive Hyatt Regency Waikaloa in Hawaii, which was billed the most spectacular resort on earth, as well as the famous Kona Village in Hawaii, to name just a few. I also returned to college and received my Computer/Networking Science degree and have been working at a large school district (68 schools) since 2001.I am an Innovator, an idea man, a humanitarian, and an Altruist. My wife, Shannon, and I are Foster parents, proud to be making a difference.A few of my hobbies include Certified Scuba Diving, Ham Radio, Wood Turning and Carving (realism).As a family of four we recently purchased a Café and Bar in Kailua Kona, Hawaii.
