•Undertake procurement activities on behalf of Department of Health and in accordance with the State Procurement Policy •Develop Standing Offer Arrangement to provide clinical products, medicines and services that represent value for money, including participation in cross-agency procurement transformation programs.•Undertake research and sector market analysis to develop strategies to maximise vendor collaboration and health service buy in.•Develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers all stakeholders who work with the Unit.•Prepare timely and accurate briefings, communications and benefits realisation reports, using SAP and spreadsheets.•Maintain accurate contract management systems to ensure purchasing and funding integrityUse: Advanced Excel, Vision 6, Decision Support System, SAP, Outlook, Word, Project, Powerpoint, QContracts, QTenders.
