I started with Nicolet Instruments (Madison, WI) right after college graduation in 1991. Nicolet was acquired by what is now Thermo Fisher Scientific in 1992. (TMO, $14B, 50K employees). I was a Manufacturing Engineer in our PCB assembly department until 2003 when the department was outsourced. From 2003 until 2008 I was the FTIR Manufacturing Engineering Manager supporting the 380, iS10 and 6700 product lines. I moved into a Program Leader role in R&D in 2008. In 2011, I earned my Project Management Professional certification (PMP).In 2017 I move back into Operations in the role of Analytics Manager.I was a board member of Oregon Youth Baseball (Oregon WI) for 8 years. I was the Treasurer for 7 of those years. I coached for 9 years.
