Providing site wide logistical solutions to the client who were responsible for building large data centre and associated structures for Google (GBL3A).- Managing and Supervising a large team of site workers (Logistics Operatives, Traffic Marshallers, Plant Operators and Cleaners) – 50no plus. Ensuring all workers are fully briefed prior to works commencing- Experienced at communicating effectively with non-English speakers, ensuring all information is understood with use of translators (French & Romanian) with regards to work taskings and H&S briefings- Working closely with the Client Logistic Manager to ensure all relevant and recent tasks are completed to within time constraints.- Updating site RAMS, conducting daily Pre-Start Safety briefings, permits & TBT’s- Planning & implementing site access routes and site signage, especially within the Data Centre.- Organising and removing all sub-contractor waste off site – - Briefing the cleaners and ensuring that they are keeping the welfare and site offices in a clean and tidy state.- Tasked with ensuring that all sub-contractors remove all waste or excessive materials to agreed timescales (completing clean up notices to those who don’t)- Tasking of all handyman works on site on behalf of the client.

1 Lyric Square, Hammersmith - 14 floor Office Refurbishment Project - Reporting directly to the Client - Overbury Plc - By providing Fulcrum - the Wilson James online delivery booking system, which was also adapted to be used to provide an efficient, additional booking system, so that the sites lifting resources (winches and hoists) can be managed and used more efficiently.Responsible managing the site security, traffic marshaller and slinger/ signallers who operated the sites winches and hoists.I was also responsible for improving Fulcrum so that it not only can be used as a platform for booking in site deliveries, but by further developing it through WJ Fulcrum team, so that it could also be used for booking slots on any type of lifting platform or similar, so as to remove the problem of trades attempting to "jump in" and cause severe congestion, especially when there is an abundance of materials to be lifting into the building, as it was in this case at 1 Lyric Square. As this was further compounded by lack of space and places where materials could be stored, prior to being lifted into the building.Ensuring that all documentation, pay and training for WJ site staff was completed in a proficient and timely manner within WJ timescales.

Kabul, Afghanistan

• From April 2014, relocated to the British Embassy Contract in Kabul, where I was providing armed close protection duties for the representatives of the British Embassy and the Foreign Commonwealth Office in the city of Kabul. • Conducting armed close protection to clients on Province trips within Afghanistan, recently to Mazar-e-Sharif in Balkh Province.• Conducting recces and reports in preparation for client visits to various locales within Kabul City, which included assessing the security at these venues.• Providing Quick Reaction Force duties at the British Embassy in Kabul to provide not only an immediate armed response to any insurgent attack on Embassy grounds, but to also provide any immediate response to an incident affecting any of our client vehicles where extraction of colleagues and clients from the incident scene anywhere in Kabul.• Driving as part of a convoy, or as a single vehicle, with Clients on-board, in a challenging and hostile environment whilst also being responsible for their safety and well being, from base to venue and vice versa.• Acting as the Individual Body Guard (IBG) to the Client or Clients, ensuring that they are fully briefed as to the Mission plan and Actions On. Providing personal protection and welfare to the Client at all times, in the vehicle (B6) as well as on foot patrols.

• Tasked with providing Close Protection to VVIP’s including the Prime Minister during his visit to Camp Bastion, Christmas 2013.• Responsible for the liaison of the USMC at FOB Musa Qaleh at all levels to enable me to fully understand the ground and situation, so that my client was able to fulfil his obligations to meeting GIRoa officials, District Community Council members, local influential Elders, District Police Commanders, ANA Commanders, as well as monitoring projects on the ground which included site visits with the assistance and cooperation of the USMC.• Responsible for site security at FOB Musa Qaleh • Maintaining the camp logistics to enable the smooth running of the DST at FOB Musa Qaleh by refuelling generators, general maintenance and logistics such as organising fresh food deliveries to the FOB.• Tasked with the packing up and closure of FOB Musa Qaleh, where within a set time frame, I achieved the aim of dismantling and packing up the majority of the DST.• At FOB Musa Qaleh, I was responsible for the day to day running and security of the Client Compound in lieu of the Team Leader when he was on leave, ensuring that all training, equipment, tasking and work forms were completed• Providing Armed Close Protection to various Clients associated with the Foreign Commonwealth Office in support of the Provisional Reconstruction Teams within the Lashkar Gah District and at the Forward Operating Base in Musah Qaleh in Helmand Province. • Providing the role of Individual Body Guard (IBG) in the armed role to said Clients, ensuring that they are fully conversant and aware of their surroundings and providing personal protection to them at all times.• Driving said Clients in armoured vehicles in a challenging and sometimes hostile environment whilst also responsible for navigation to and from the venues. • Completed thorough reconnaissance of future venues.
