I am enjoying progressing my career and concentrating my experience and Management skills, undertaking various interesting projects from new builds, refurbishment and Civils projects.Coming from a Bricklaying trade background, I know the build process, logistics and trades interaction with emphasis on Health & Safety being a priority on site.Excellent ability to read and understand working drawings, organise trade tasks and labour management which allows me to complete multiple operations and keep site progress on target and to client satisfaction in a safe and happy environment.Running my own business I understand the need for financial control, material procurement with required quantities as to minimise waste with timed deliveries, assessing labour and plant on site and recording site activities, as such, operating a lean business model.I am always open to new methods and materials in construction along with training.Having worked with a lot of experienced trades and companies supplying varying end projects, I am looking forward to the next challenge and any interesting career avenues that may arise.

Looking after our rental properties, dealing with tenants, letting and managing agents, controlling budgets for residents management company. Undertaking small repairs and larger refurbishments for new tenancies. Scheduling maintenance and repairs. Despite 2020 being a difficult year with Covid 19, we have managed to increase our rental portfolio, decorated all of our properties internally to a high standard and have all our properties fully occupied to happy tenants.

Tendering and completing contracts for bricklaying and general building works up to 250k, dealing with clients, surveying and estimating, along with submitting Invoices and applications for payments. Setting up quality control methods and monitoring.The business ethos has always been to supply the best possible service, with a quality and fit for purpose end project in a happy, safe and collaborative environment.
