As a general practice attorney, I handle many areas of the law: from contracts, personal injury, estate planning, estate administration, family, motor vehicle, real estate, construction, incorporation of small businesses, employment and civil rights matters, to misdemeanors, DUIs, and expungement. I have practiced in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and the Montgomery, Bucks, Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester County Courts of Common Pleas. I have taken appeals to the aforementioned courts, in addition to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

I obtained broad experience in handling matters in the private sector.

Lead trial attorney and second chair in federal civil rights trials. Areas of practice included Section 1983, Title VII, and response to habeas corpus petitions. Obtained dismissals and summary judgment on behalf of Commonwealth agencies and officials in state and federal court.

Researched drafted judicial opinions concerning contracts, employment, insurance, family, criminal and real estate law and criminal, civil and appellate procedure. Served as judge’s liaison to any state or county prosecutorial office and supervised interns.
