I am a troubleshooter and a determined hard worker that is driven by technological improvements in the workplace around me. I graduated from Pittsburgh Technical College in April of 2017. I have been working in technology since I was in school (interned for the last year of schooling while still going to school). My studies have an emphasis on physical and virtual server support and administration, as well as the and deployment of various network environments. I have a strong understanding of networking and security best practices. I have been supporting software and operating systems for 4+ years. I have been in a support / specialized lead support role since 2018. I have experience with supporting Microsoft Windows at all levels, both personal and server operating systems. I work with Microsoft Azure in an administrative capacity as of 2019.
