He has worked in the business consulting practices of Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM in London, Singapore, and Sydney. He has led strategy, marketing, process improvement and technology engagements at many of the top global and local Consumer facing organisations. He was recognized globally as a thought leader and visionary. In his last roles, he was the Global Managing Partner leading IBM Consulting's Consumer Products practice worldwide. He is currently the Managing Partner of Kedleton & Co and sits on the Advisory Board of The Strategy Group as well as providing strategic advice and mentoring to a number of start-ups.Patrick is passionate about teaching, and since leaving IBM in 2013, has been on the Adjunct Faculty at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He was responsible for the Strategic Consulting Projects course for the Full time MBA and MBAX programmes. He also works with the AGSM Executive Education team, delivering training around the Trusted Advisor. In 2019, Patrick was appointed as Professor of Practice at the University of Sydney Business School, working with the Global Executive MBA programme and Executive Education, where he teaches Consulting skills as well as mentoring the students through their capstone projects.Patrick is also a passionate environmentalist. He started the first professional Environmental Services practice in Australia at Cooper & Lybrand in 1990 and worked with many leading organisations as they developed their early environmental strategies. He also led the first formal environmental audit in Australia. Over the years, he has worked with many environmental (and other) charities as they developed their strategies. He was a trustee of WWF, and now sits on the Advisory Council of the Foundation for National Parks and Wildlife who are focused on Growing Australia's National Parks and Saving Australia's unique native species. He served as President and Chair of the Board of FNPW from 2018 to 2023. He also sits on the Environment Advisory Committee of the Inner West Council. Patrick is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (UK). He has an MBA from the University of Sydney and a Double Honours in Commerce and Engineering from the University of Birmingham, England.

This team was 15 Partners and over 200 staff with revenue of $100m USD.In addition, as the Singapore Country Leader, I was responsible for the sales, revenue and profit of the GBS business in Singapore. The team was 10 Partners and 100 staff with revenue of $50m USD. I was appointed to the role shortly after the merger of IBM and PwC Consulting, and as such was responsible for the successful integration of the two sides of the business. A key responsibility was to improve staff morale and significantly reduce our attrition. Key AchievementsDistribution Sector: Exceeded every key metric across Asia Pacific. Built a cohesive cross region team that was focused on building client relationships as well as sales and delivery execution.Singapore Country Leader: Successfully bought together the two disparate teams, implemented a number of initiatives to get back control of the P&L and returned the practice to profitability. I also had to step in to lead a number of critical engagements that required executive leadership to turn them around.
