The organisation has experienced significant growth – from 25 properties to over 4,000 in 2011. SGCH is now recognised as the largest provider of community housing in NSW, providing services to over 8,500 individuals. Over time, SGCH's purpose has evolved to include the provision of not only secure, affordable housing but a range of other innovations that support people to improve their lives and engage in their communities.

Leadership and direction of a Finance team of 45 staff.Financial management, including management reporting, budget setting and analysis, forecasting and action measures to achieve plan.Acquisitions - including due diligence, evaluation of opportunities, identity of synergies, build and approval of investment case, and integration post acquisition.External reporting - US parent and local ASIC financial statements, dealing with audit process, Sarbanes Oxley, FSR licence requirements.
