Curiosity, that’s what motivates me for almost everything I do. Always looking for the story behind situations and products and trying to improve from there. Eager to explore why something works or why it doesn’t. I want to use my knowledge and experience to motivate other people, share insights and learn from them. For that reason I like to work in teams, as I am convinced that sharing is the spark that makes the best things happen. I appreciate a straightforward and empathic communication style, but I won’t run away from a tough discussion – although I will always try to prevent that by being a good and patient listener. To specify typically me would be: optimistic, analytical, caring for people, creative, sometimes a bit chaotic but always pragmatic.
