My role here was to ensure that my client sponsorship fulfillment was reached for the season. I would perform checks and balances to ensure all PA reads were being read, ballpark signs were being displayed properly, and other agreements to their contracts. I was also in charge of our mass email which reached out to well over 20,000 subscribers. Other.

I managed the ticket system as well as sold 7-Game Pack holders and Season Ticket holders. Daily duties consisted or hleping our sales staff enter in group sales, answer questions for customers, sell group/suite areas to customers, and update the ticket accounts recievable list. I also helped desing the ticket stock for the 2013 season.

Learned and taught complex NCAA Division 1 Rules to coaching staff, administrative staff, and student athletes. I also reviewed all coaching recruiting logs, travel itinerary’s, and practice logs. Every month I would help update our monthly all staff compliance PowerPoint presentation. Other duties were checking on student athlete’s eligibility status.
