Our companies sole priority is customer service. It is how we set ourselves apart from the "big box" chains. My main job is to inspire my employees to provide exceptional customer service. I make sure that everyone stays busy. If not with cleaning, merchandising or restocking then with talking and helping customers. I, also, am involved with merchandise from receiving, shipping, and merchandising. I am used to handling thousands of dollars in cash a day. I am responsible for closing the store at night and ensuring that all money is correct and there are no variances.

As the Front Desk Attendant at the YMCA, my main responsibility was the ensure that everyone entering was a member or following all guest admission rules. I provided answers to any and all member questions and provided assistance when needed. I, also, sold YMCA merchandise and made smoothies for members.

I answered questions about memberships for non-students. Assisted in signing people up for a non-student membership. Created information packets for various events in the Recreation Center. Edited existing exercise class schedule. I ensured that all calls coming in were directed to the proper person.
