Initially worked in preconstruction developing scope, sending out bid requests and working with county to get through permitting. Developing sub-contracts based on a permitted set of plans and manufactures specifications while looking for ways to cut costs. Managing project schedule by looking for possible delays and ensuring executed subcontracts in advance. Premobilization meetings before starting work to review expectations, safety, and jobsite conditions. Managing three residential projects ranging from 7,200sf – 8,300sf (Two block, one wood frame construction) on the ocean and St. Johns River.
