As a Supply Planner in New York City I built a team of 3 and managed the life cycle of components for 50% of the inventory for my organization.I developed a new process to Excess and Obsolescence to b able to make decisions on scraping unusable material faster. The new process also ensured communication to c-suite was clear on the financial risk to the organization.I researched and corrected computer system errors driving $1 Million in unneeded inventory as well as correcting functionality for replacements and expedite/de-expedite.I built a regular cadence of meeting with key stakeholders in other departments to build trust and shared responsibility.
