Our Call Tracking Solution at Marchex is a bold and dynamic product which provides a best in class data and analytics solution to over 4,000 Ford dealerships. I cherish my daily standups with Ford and love to integrate their feedback into positive product suggestions with my team. In short, the internal and external pressure of my role is exhilarating.My background is diverse. I graduated from Wichita State University with a BA in English Literature. With a full tuition paid offer from WSU, I matriculated into Graduate School where I spent a year teaching four total courses of English 101.My time in academia was not the best fit for my talents and interests, but working with a diverse team of students and fellow educators taught me so much about interpersonal communication.
