Cross-Program Problem Reporting and Corrective Action (CP-PRACA) Lead Analyst for all nonconformances taken on Orion during ground transport, fueling, Launch Abort System (LAS) assembly, Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) stacking and SLS integration, Launch Pad 39B, launch countdown, splashdown landing and recovery, and spacecraft de-servicing operations. Additionally, acting as the Orion Nonconformance Marshal for Orion ground processing nonconformance and corrective action closure and evaluation activities adequately monitoring, tracking, trending, communicating, and presenting discrepancies to Subject Matter Experts (SME), management, and multi-discipline SMA, Engineering, System Managers (SM), and prime contractor personnel across multiple NASA centers and programmatically between Orion, EGS, and SLS to disposition nonconformances, help assess and weigh risks, and implement long- and short-range corrective actions to prevent issues from recurring on subsequent Artemis missions. Additionally responsible for government oversight and insight activities with the Orion prime contractor over the Orion spacecraft's manufacturing and assembly processes in the Industrial Operating Zone (IOZ). This includes, leading audits per AS9100 aerospace industry standards, implementing In Line Assessments (ILA), and quantifying Acceptance Quality Limits (AQL) for Material Review Board (MRB) nonconformance assessments.

Supported inert Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) stacking processes in the Vehicle Assembly Building(VAB). Aided in facilities Verification and Validation (V&V) procedures. Final verbal and poster presentation to branch chief engineers, and monthly technical presentations of results (NASA/TM – 20180004783).

Implemented Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) design technics to develop an Inconel 718 and Titanium additive manufactured thermal standoff and injector for a 440N thruster in support of a NASA and Orbital ATK Announcement of Collaborative Opportunity (ACO) thruster development project. Published and presented this work at AIAA 2018 Joint Propulsion and Energy Conference - Additively Manufactured Thermal Standoff and Injector for a 440N Low-Toxicity Monopropellant Thruster DOI: 10.2514/6.2018-4895. Implemented Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) practices in creating drawing packages and designing new manufacturing life cycles for additive manufactured spaceflight hardware. Performed thermal, fluid, structural, and propulsion design analysis on spaceflight population system hardware. Built and tested a Post Launch Pressurization System (PLPS). Gave biweekly technical presentations of results to management and final poster presentation. Voted intern of the semester and Poster Expo Peer Award recipient for best individual project and poster.
