I build relationships with the government and local partners to strengthen D-tree's position as a digital health organization that is dedicated to ensuring that everyone in Zambia has access to high-quality primary health through designing, building and deploying digital tools for health workers.

During my time as a scholar, I had the privilege of gaining profound insights into the complex world of public health, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to make a meaningful impact on global health challenges.

As Data Coordinator Team Lead, I managed monthly data collection to support M&E in CIDRZ's key focus areas including; Adult HIV, Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT), Pediatrics, Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC), and Tuberculosis (TB). I led in the creation of data collection tools used at 220 healthcare centers. Additionally, I drafted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide data entry and management in various digital health tools, including the national electronic health record, SmartCare. I had 9 direct reports and over 100 indirect reports, and also participated in over 75 recruitments.

As Data Coordinator, I coordinated monthly data collection for 736 healthcare facilities. I participated in over 20 Data Quality Audits (DQAs) at several rural and urban healthcare facilities and documented the outcomes of these audits. I routinely presented reports and insights to key stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health, and CDC Zambia using data visualization tools. I successfully designed and enforced use of activity tracking tools (e.g., Gantt Charts) and reviewed job-aids for digital tools such as DHIS2 and SmartCare.
