CurrentI assist our members with understanding their health plan's benefits and claims, along with acting as a liaison between our members and the various other departments and facets of the company to assist with solving problems. I keep up to date on health management and policy changes at the local and national levels to better assist members by keeping them informed on the latest trends and goings-on in the healthcare industry. I feel that communication is key towards building a meaningful relationship with our members, and working towards imparting a comprehensive understanding of how the healthcare system works as it applies to each individual's situations is what builds trust.
